About the role
We design websites that make good businesses look as credible as they actually are. As a Web Designer you'll own the visual and interaction design of client projects end to end, working directly with the founder to turn strategy into designs that convert.

What you'll do
- Translate client strategy and brand into clean, modern web designs
- Design responsive layouts, from wireframes through high-fidelity UI
- Build and customise responsive websites in WordPress using Elementor or WP Bakery
- Collaborate with the founder and developers to ship pixel-accurate builds
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
What we're looking for
- 2+ years designing and building websites
- Strong design skills, layout, typography, and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience building websites in WordPress
- Proficiency with Elementor or WP Bakery
- Fluency in Figma
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong, conversion-focused design
- A bias for clarity and conversion, not just aesthetics
